Shibui & Daughters ships your orders as quickly as possible.

WE CHARGE YOU ONLY WHAT IT COSTS US TO SHIP YOUR ORDER.

We don't like shipping mark-ups or handling fees so we don't have them, you pay what we pay. If we find the shipping cost was less than you paid, we will adjust the shipping costs at packaging and issue you a refund.

That is it, plain and simple.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

But if you are not satisfied with your order or if any items are found to be damaged, you may make a return within 30 days of purchase. Please send us an email, requesting to return the item and we will send a confirmation email. Failure to return items without a confirmation email attached may cause a delay in processing your refund. Send the confirmation along with your returned merchandise. Product must be returned in its original condition and packaging. We do not refund shipping costs.

Please return items in a secure, padded envelope. For extra protection, you may wish to send using delivery confirmation. Shibui & Daughters is not responsible for orders damaged or lost in transit.
